Master Taíno prides himself in reaching out to the new generation of Leather Masters, boys and slaves as a mentor. Many Masters as well as boys and slaves have come to Him for guidance, direction, and advice.

His personal upbringing growing up in a small-town conservative and Catholic Latino family during the sixties (when there was no Internet, no mentors, no good way to learn the lifestyle) made Him to commit to mentor the Next Generation.

Master Taíno loves to mentor the new generation of Masters and slaves (over 18) interested in the BDSM and Master/slave relationships. E-mail if you need someone to talk to. He takes this very seriously.

As part of this interest, Master Taíno offers a "slave summer Internship" for college students and others willing to spend one of their school breaks at Master Taíno's household, and can host U.S. and international students and young men interested in having a "slave experience" in a dominant but caring and safe environment.

Currently Master Taíno has been officially mentoring several Masters: Sir Ross, a het Dominant from New York City, who became part of the Family on May 2010; Sir Greg from Indianapolis, who also became part of the family in 2011; Steve, a bisexual dominant from Tucson, Arizona, Sir Stryfe, a bisexual Master from Las Cruces, NM and Sir Aerius from Maryland. He has been protecting several slaves and boys including slave nando from Florida, boy jonathan from Puerto Rico and pup derrick from Maryland

I’ve Gotta Be Me

From the Broadway Production. Golden Rainbow, 1968 (Water Marks)

Whether I’m right, or whether I’m wrong,
Whether I find a place in this world or never belong,
I’ve gotta be me. I’ve gotta be me.
What else can I be but what I am.
I want to live, not merely survive
And I won’t give up this dream of life that keeps me alive.
I’ve gotta be me. I’ve gotta be me.
The dream that I see makes me what I am.
That far away prize, a world of success,
Is waiting for me if I heed the call.
I won’t settle down, won’t settle for less,
As long as there is a chance that I can have it all.
I’ll go it alone. That’s how it must be.
I can’t be right for somebody else if I’m not right for me.
I’ve gotta be free. I’ve gotta be free.
Daring to try, to do it or die, I’ve gotta be me.
